Satisfaction Guarantee and Limited Warranty

Owlet proudly stands behind its products because we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. For that reason, we provide the following satisfaction guarantee and limited warranty:


If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of product registration on the Owlet app to request a refund. Please call +46 135 1020 between 9 AM and 3 PM Mon - Fri. This is our Scandanavian call centre and we will help you through the process. Do note the cost of returning the product will be at your expense.


At Owlet Baby Care Inc., we warrant that if you use our products as they are intended, our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of set up for new products and 6 months for refurbished products (refurbished products may not be available in all areas). We do not warrant our products against general wear and tear or damage as a result of misuse, modifications or improper maintenance.

If you believe you have received a defective product, we will either repair or replace, at our option, the defective product or its defective component part(s) in accordance with the terms of this limited warranty. We warrant the replacement for the remaining unexpired period of the original product’s warranty.

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser of the product. Our products are legitimately sold only by us and our authorized sellers who are required to follow our policies, procedures, and quality control standards. Because Owlet cannot control the quality of products sold by unauthorized sellers, this limited warranty applies only to products that were purchased from Owlet or one of our authorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law. We reserve the right to reject warranty claims for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized websites. This limited warranty does not warrant that the operation of the product will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Please note: This limited warranty is the only warranty we offer for our products.

We limit the applicability of implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the duration of this limited warrantyTo the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties of any kind. Some States, provinces and countries do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. 

Our sole liability for any defect shall be as set forth in this limited warranty and excludes any claims for incidental or consequential damages. Some States, provinces and countries do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. No person or entity is authorized to make any other warranty on our behalf. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State, province to province, and country to country.

Customers in some jurisdictions may have additional rights under applicable national legislation. For example, customers in the European Economic Area are entitled to a 2 year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. Customers in Australia are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage under the Australian Consumer Law or national laws implementing EC Directive 99/44. Australian customers are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure . This limited warranty does not affect any such rights. For a full understanding of your rights, you should consult the laws of your country, State or province.


Purchasers who wish to return the product under the satisfaction guarantee or make a warranty claim should contact Owlet per the contact information found here Please have information available regarding when and where you purchased your product, as well as when the product was first set up. If your claim is covered by the satisfaction guarantee or this limited warranty, Owlet will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number. You must then return your product, proof of purchase showing when and where your product was purchased, along with your RMA to the applicable return address found here Please note that you are responsible for the cost of shipping products to Owlet and it is recommended to receive and hold on to the tracking number for your returned product(s).
